Abstract EN

There is no doubt that the issue of organizational loyalty has been and remains the focus of interest of scientists and researchers in all areas of scientific knowledge, but in the sociology of organization and human resources formed a critical phase in their studies that came about the subject of loyalty and its active role in moving the worker's behavior towards his work and organization, and then guide it in the direction to be achieved … It has already been shown through studies that loyalty of individuals is a successful means for the development and growth of the organization which can positively reflect on their profitability and performance as well as their effectiveness.

This has led organizations to change their strategies and administrative methods, as well as their environmental and organizational conditions that perpetuate marginalization, exclusion, and deprive competent human resources of participation in decision-making, and never initiative in anything that can highlight their skills, which led to kill the spirit of belonging to them and created a culture of dependency and dissatisfaction and thus low performance in order to adopt management methods worthy of winning the loyalty of workers who is the maximum satisfaction
