The aim of this study is to head light on the impact of the use of electronic operating systems accounting data on internal audit, by showing the impact on each of the goals, methods, and internal audit methodology, and the performance of the internal auditor.

The most important findings of the study is that the internal audit process in light of the electronic operating systems for accounting data is a technical process tangled, requires analysis and study of each element of the system, in addition to the use of e-operating accounting data systems in the field of internal audit can be the auditor of carefully planned operation, as expands the possibility of censorship, which helped him to discover errors in a timely manner, that the data processing via computer applications environment helps internal auditor in implementation of audit programs and it makes the goals easier to achieve
