Because the vocabulary is a Center of linguistic competence, and it is easier for learners to start exploration of the language if they start from lexical combination, which is concrete, rather than from grammatical rules, which are abstract.

This approach based on the vocabulary does not mean marginalize the role of grammar, but can help grammar acquisition.

And to apply this approach, it is necessary to develop lexical learners’ ability depending on the following ways: - Encourage learner to read a lot, and building a basic dictionary of communication.
