Topics of universal and sustainable development become ones of the important subjects.

The Algerian economy -like the economies of developing countries- trying to absorb the concepts of sustainability in the light of trend towards so-called knowledge economy.

So these challenges put many questions about the proper transition mechanisms and its support methods by hand.

On the other hand, human resources are the wealth of nations, and the way to achieve any goal and its purpose at the same time.

The study shed light on the role of human resources rehabilitation in economy rehabilitation to service the requirements of sustainable development.

It has two axes: the first dealing with theoretical concepts of economy rehabilitation and its various methods, the second one devoted to human resources rehabilitation mechanisms in response to sustainability requirements.

The study will conclude with a number of results.
