Therefore; most of the developed countries was quick and even developing them for the exploitation of alternative energies well and wider, bringing each experiment state in this area, the mismatch of reached an advanced stage and some are still stalled, and Algeria, like other countries that have adopted the idea of the development of renewable energies for the advancement of their economies in the future, and shows in adoption of effective policy of issuing a package of laws and the establishment of many charged with regulating the renewable energy sector administrative structures.
