This study aims to look at the look of Arab scientists to dialects, the Modem realized the importance of dialects in understanding the nature of classical, they piled on the study because they believe that to identify the common characteristics of accents helps to bridge the distance between them, and lead to the deepening of mutual understanding between the people of the Arab nation, It came this study was to show that the classical Arabic had contacted the old dialects, and interacted with them, and absorbed a lot of qualities to become a combination of dialect properties, and has helped to wealth in the different linguistic levels, both the semantic and syntactic level, and that through exposure to Arab scientists look of the old and the modem concept of dialects, and how the emergence of the classical, and the provisions for the old Arab scholars and modem views in their outlook to classical and dialects, and the qualities dialect syntax in classical Arabic.
