Islamic participation system emerges from the overall system of Islam, and it combines economic efficiency and social justice, that means an equitable distribution of income and wealth, and after an experiment lasted a quarter of a century with the socialist and capitalist systems, the situation of these communities have not increased, but just made dependency and underdevelopment augment worst, however good it is replete with material, human and cultural potential.

The application of the Islamic participation system means cancelation of the usurious interest system, and replace it with the methods that harmonize the materialistic side in line with the spiritual aspect, so that affects an important tool of economic policy instruments, namely monetary policy, which deals with the monetary authorities by the task of the central bank of any economy, as it should be reconsidered the tools of monetary policy by linking this policy ideology and heritage of Islamic communities and not to clash with the beliefs derived from the overall system of Islam, to achieve the objectives of monetary policy in particular, and the objectives of economic policy in general.
