Abstract EN

Effective evaluation of competencies have become an aim of paramount importance in the management of competencies for the sake of assuring production quality and defining the lacks in developing and improving competencies.

Competence evaluation is one of the important activities that makes companies know the ability of its staff in achieving the designed goals.However, any assessement procedure always faces some limitations which influence its exactness.For this reason we try,through this study, to find an adequate evaluation instrument relying on a document provided by the company SEROR of Tlemcen.
