The aim of this article is to study the effectiveness of brainstorming technique in achieving innovation in business organizations.
The article is divided into five sections.
The first review the historical evolution of brainstorming technique, then the concept and benefits of brainstorming technique in the second section.
The third section is devoted to the principles of brainstorming.
The last two sections of the paper deal with the stages and effectiveness of brainstorming.
