Abstract EN

The present research paper aims to study the relationship between the organizational environment, and the alienation among workers of Djelfa Hospital.

Alienation is caused commonly by factors such as powerlessness, meaninglessness, formlessness, relentlessness, and centered – Self.

Whereas, the organizational environment is studied among factors of Organizational structure, communication style, leadership style, decision making, and awards.

Furthermore, in this study used we were distributed (47) questionnaire to the stuff of this institution (doctors in medicine, administration stuff, and nursing Assistants).

The results of the study showed: ¾ Existences of a strong inverse relationship between the organizational environment, and the alienation among workers of Djelfa Hospital; ¾ The level of the organizational environment was average in Djelfa Hospital; ¾ Alienation among workers of Djelfa Hospital was in high level according to the sample.
