Abstract EN

The study in hand discusses the place of teaching / learning the argumentative text to second year secondary school learners.

The work investigates the issue in terms of the actual approaches applied by teachers and practiced by learners.

Based on the shortcomings sorted out of the study, alternative method models are suggested for effective teaching/learning the argumentative text.

This would help both teachers and learners as well going beyond the traditional methods and up to date the process of teaching and learning with the newness brought in the area of research.
