The international economic slowdowns push the monetary authorities of the main developed countries to practice monetary incentives known as non-conventional policy since the beginning of the crisis, where the central banks proceeded to move away increasingly from inflation targeting, to implement a myriad of monetary policies and practices for lightening collapse consequences and to facilitate economic recovery.

Thus, they expended their balance sheets and injected liquidity to sway on revenue and its structure and thus stimulate aggregate demand; and it is a set of methods and procedures unusual in the traditional monetary policy used by central banks to influence economic activity for achieving specific economic goals, during a certain period of time.
