This study was set out to demonstrate the role of Integrated Information Systems in rationalizing of the decision-making process for a sample of banks operating in Algeria.

One of the most important results achieved in this research is that the availability of the Integrated Information Systems in organizations increased significantly the explained variance of the various stages associated to the decisionmaking process to 54%, and 0.72 as correlation coefficient
