Abstract EN

This jurisprudential study, which bears the title (Zakat on Acquired Money during a Lunar Year (hawl) and Some of its Up-to-Date Implementations) aimed at investigating and gathering data on the issue of Zakat on acquired money during a lunar year.

In this research, I followed the diagnostic descriptive and evaluative approach mentioned in the introduction.

I also mentioned and illustrated the goals of this research.

The importance of the research lies in the great importance and place of Zakat in Islam and the need for legally competent Muslims to know the provisions for acquired money Zakat during the lunar year.

The research includes contemporary practical issues that highlight the importance of Zakat on acquired money and the effect of the one-year and the quorum conditions.

These issues include: Zakat on factories, Zakat on end of service benefits, and Zakat on animals used for trade such as milk-producing animals.

In this research, I collected and compiled the sayings and opinions of scholars and illustrated the differences between them with evidence.

At the end of this research, I inserted an index of references and reached the results revealed in the discussion
