The present study aimed to measure the extent of compliance with the regulations of special education institutes and programs and its impact on the level of services provided to individuals with disabilities in the governorate of Al Majmaah, The study sample consisted of (67) individuals working in special education institutes and programs in Al- Majmaah Governorate.
The results of the study indicate that there is a high level of commitment in the sample of the study on the dimensions of the tool combined, while the performance averages varied on different dimensions, The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the effect of the sex variable on the "reasons that prevent the adherence to the regulations." The differences were in favor of females.
The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the dimensions of the study for variables (age, occupation, academic qualification, educational place).
While the results of the current study indicated differences in the knowledge of the rules in favor of experience (more than 10 years).
The results of the study, which were reached through (Focus Group) members, indicate that there is a strong impact on the commitment to apply these rules to the level of services provided to persons with disabilities, while the high level of commitment is working to improve those services provided to its recipients
