Abstract EN

The government seeks to improve public services through the application of electronic management in various public facilities.

In this context, it endeavors to digitize the documentation of the civil service and generalize the shift process towards the electronic management in municipalities.

The aim of this is to reduce the negative aspect of offices management in which the human resource is considered as basic to engage in this transformation.

In light of this, the study investigates the attitudes of civil services' officials in applying the electronic management in their work.
