In preparing this research, we need to clarify the need for an accounting system for the human resources accounting in the enterprise, especially the economic ones, and how it can contribute to reducing the costs of human resources, organizing them through addressing them, as well as achieving the desired objectives of employing them.

In this research, we concluded that the Human Resources Accounting Information System (HRIS) is of paramount importance in the importance of human resources itself and contributes to the systematic measurement of the value of the human resource as an asset of the enterprise.
