Abstract EN

This research try to highlight the different stages and developments of financial policy which has evolved significantly in its means and mechanism, goals as well, according to the successive developments of the society, in addition to that, the role of country has been developed from custody to intervening country, that evolution do not impact only on financial science but i twas reflected on financial system concepts, that helped fr transport it from neutral financial policy to intervening policy, since every stage was characterized by set of characteristics, financial policy considers like reflective mirror to the role of state in throughout times, when the state has been absented as an organized authority to society, the role of financial policy was weakened and has been limited under the impact of ideology which existing at all time, financial role has been limited until the state intervened in all aspects of life, the state role is also influential in economic, social, and political life, this study highlighting the most important developments of financial policy under successive economic systems.
