The economic progress highlighted many of the negatives that have emerged in the form of marketing practices characterized by fraud and disinformation.

They may be manifested in the imposition of misleading prices, poor services, marketing of harmful goods, incorrect packaging, incomplete weights or writing incorrect data.

Etc., which led many institutions and social organizations to search for new and effective scientific and practical methods to achieve the comprehensive care of the consumer and his rights.

Algeria has also paid great attention to this subject and in theory has dealt with it from all angles by enacting laws and Legislation that protects the consumer and restricts money Arsat against his rights.
