Abstract EN

This research tackles the problematic relationship between physics and meta-physics in Aristotle's works.

To settle this issue, the study is divided into four main parts: 1.

Four – Element Theory under which the researcher attempts to explore the structure of natural objects; from the simplest to the most complex, and its relation to ‘generation and corruption’, in addition to the transformation of the four-elements together.

2.

Change and its types: it studies the types of change, and differentiates between the two types: the essential change which focuses on the essence of things, and the incidental change with its three types that manifest themselves in the natural object in relation to: quantity, condition, and location.

The conclusion reached is the differentiation between the first core principles and the secondary ones.

First material and its link to the four elements where we researched the concept of the material.

Aristotle’s ‘possibility’ of the material is researched, and how it does not have any possibilities of the sensible qualities except after its achievement.

Aristotle’s meta-physics change which is linked to the first unmoved mover ‘god’ is investigated.

Moreover, and building upon the Aristotelian texts, Aristotelian discrepancy between the two types of natural and metaphysical movement is highlighted.

The difference between Aristotle the scientist and Aristotle the philosopher who supposed the presence of the unmoved mover is also examined.

This idea stems from the need to agree with the Greek conceptions which see the universe as a closed circular shape.

In addition, the study included an introduction in which the research question is formulated, and the conclusion in which the results concluded are highlighted.
