Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to try to determine the relationship between the two conflicts and the communication in the Algerian family economic institutions by analyzing the conflict relations between the actors in the Algerian family economic establishment and the degree of their impact on communication.

The difference between the objectives and interests of the actors in the family economic institution, whether they are members of the family or from outside, and their exploitation of a common resource base leads to the inevitability of the conflict.

However, this conflict varies from one family institution to another depending on the organizational cultures of these institutions.

The relationship of communication is affected by conflict in these entities as a result of conflicting interests of the actors, which can be a form of privacy for communication in the context of the conflict between the actors in the family economic institutions.
