Now day, the subject of competitive feature is very important, it is the value that can achieve by the enterprise to their customers in order to be different and in good position comparing to others enterprises .

This study aims to clarify the impact of enterprise’s culture on the human resources especially on human qualities which have an important and precise role in the competition of enterprises as one of very important sources of competitive feature which has to preserve it in order to ensure its durability and continuation for its internal human resources like efficiency, skill, ability of creating and inventing this from one side, the other side is to face the problem of imitation, During the current environmental challenges, the enterprise has to enforce and deepen its knowledge, information and adopt the culture of promoting qualities within enterprise’s culture to improve its performance and ensure its existence and development.
