The restorative justice is a non-judicial instrument to manage the public prosecution, it could be also effective measure to solve the problem of criminal justice burdens in all human societies, the restorative justice accommodates between the disfavored parties by the crime, in order to attain appropriate solution for all, before having a conviction.

This study will examine the controversial opinions concerning the restorative justice among thinkers and explains the judicial and the realistic arguments of each side (support or opposition).
