This requires determining change factors.

which assist in estimating cost increasing range as a result of changes.

Traditional estimations of these vague factors increase doubts about these estimates, further preventing.

Accurate evaluation of project cost increment.

So, evaluation of these factors was carried out using a fuzzy estimation.

This model has shown a decreased doubt of factors evaluation and more accurate estimation of project cost after change
