Abstract EN

This study aimed to introducing creativity features of and crystallizing creative skills concept as a necessary option to achieve organizations competitive superiority clarifying intellectual structure whereby competitive excellence is achieved through studying the impact of transformational leadership on acquiring different creative skills, and to investigate the existent of transformationnel leader impact in developing creative skills through using Microsoft as a model.

The study concluded that the only way to face challenges is creativity and innovation, and that the success of creative work in any organization requires good management provision of this creativity, which in its turn helps to translate creative possibilities whether at individual, group or organization level to real behavior.

This will not be available unless through a successful leadership that seeks to provide a proper environment to creativity.

Transformational leadership sets a clear vision for organization and create new management systems that match future requirements.

And that they have a clear collective vision that they seek to achieve through their communication with employees.

The study pointed out that Bill Gates is a transformational leader and Microsoft is still achieving success.

And all houses have Microsoft products and still respected after his resignation
