قراءة في أثر البرامج التنموية في الجزائر على قطاع الصناعة و المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة : دراسة احصائية للفترة (2000-2016)‎

Abstract EN

This Study aimed to focus on on the three Development Programs that Algeria experienced during the period (2001-2014) and its impact on supporting the GDP on the one hand and the development of the Industrial Sector on the other hand and the reality of the rates of development of SME for the Industrial Sector in the same period.

The study showed that the contribution of the Programs did not reach the required level in the Industry Sector in all branches throughout the study period, The Study concluded that Algeria in its development Programs did not focus on the economic returns of the Industry as it focused on the Social returns, Resulting in a fragile economy for program linkages with oil revenues, The Study recommended that decisions should be taken to develop the Industry by supporting SME in the textile Sector as a locomotive for real economic growth.
