Abstract EN
The administrative innovation is considered such as one of the most important resistances to the contemporary administrative organization’ development, however, it has an important role in the organization maintaining, its development, or the increase of its competitive opportunities, adding what may the innovation bring of vocational satisfaction to the employee, making him feeling himself as a part of the organization that he works in, so we can resume the factors allowing the appearance and the promotion of the administrative innovation if they are appropriately given, but numerous studies refer to the existence of several and various handicaps that prevent the organizations and the employees to be innovators.
From this idea, we treat in this study the important factors which privilege the administrative innovation’s development and the great handicaps that may compromise it.
