Abstract EN

Our study aims to identify the relationship between leader’s organizational values and his organizational effectiveness; our sample consisted of 105 employers from the national company for electricity and gas distribution, Blida.

Hence, we adopt descriptive approach, through two inquires in order to study the relationship, after tools validation.

As result, we found crucial correlation between leader’s organizational values and his organizational effectiveness.
