Organizations face in the current time many changes in the internal environment such us technology, work methods, and new communication channels and others, to ensure that improve the functioning of the production process and the quality of goods, services and satisfaction of workers and customers.

These changes imposed by the external environment as a result of globalization and openness to the world market is not leaving the area in front of institutions only to keep up and prove their worth under a glut and new services, making the institution strives new to keep up through the most novelty put up, and come to do so by supporting new ideas and create a culture of research, development and interest in the creative mind, in addition to trying to apply those creations, but that is not very often and this is the objective of this article which we seek to identify the various barriers to creativity and innovation in the factors affecting the institution.
