Abstract EN

Because of the spread of some of undesirable administrative phenomena, the professional environment in today's institutions is in need of some changes and reforms required by all management levels from the bottom of the organizational hierarchy to its top.

An instance of this is the absence of staff commitment in accomplishing their duties.

From this perspective, the phenomenon of organizational commitment in our institutions is indifference, negligence, absenteeism, mismanagement and internal conflicts.

These issues are related the absence of values and ethics of work, profession, or management in the professional environment and its role in the organizational or functional commitment in our institutions from theoretical perspective.
