Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to identify the impact of strategic thinking on risk management in a number of agencies of the Bank of Algeria, and to come up with recommendations to increase mterest in this aspect, highlighting the importance of elements of strategic thinking and their ability to contain risks and try to reduce them .

The questionnaire was used to survey the views of the study sample.

The study showed a statistically significant relationship between the elements of strategic thinking Creativity, structured thinking, strategic vision) and the risk management process in the banking agencies under study, The study also showed that these factors have a statistically significant impact on the risk management process in the agencies under study.
