Our research aims to highlight the challenges and risks faced by Islamic Sukuk as a financing tool, to demonstrate the ways and mechanisms to address these risks, and to focus on the risk element as the core and basis of the structured investment model to participate in risk as a source of profit, which led to the predominance of low risk secured financing formulas, And to refrain from high-risk financing formulas.
