this is a strong legislative guarantee for any investment that works to resolve disputes that are due to the implementation or interpretation of the investment contract between the foreign investor and the host country .

the aim of this article is to try to uncover the reality of international commercial arbitration in Algeria by stating the stages of the legislation on international commercial arbitration, as well as the statement of its effectiveness.
