Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact occupational health and safety standards on organizational performance in Jordan Phosphate Mines Company.

The study used the descriptive analytical research method which was appropriate for the purpose of study.

The target population consisted all labors in Jordan Phosphate Mines Company who represent (1146) labors.

The researcher distrusted (350) questionnaires.

The results of study showed that there is a significant statistical impact of occupational health and safety standards and its elements (laws and regulations*.

occupational health and safety tools*, trainings awareness and guidance, control and inspection) on organizational performance in Jordan Phosphate Mines Company.

Finally the study recommended several recommendations.

including It is essential that Jordan Phosphate Mines Company continue to promote and develop aspects of occupational health and safety as it has a positive effect not only on the organizational performance, but on the employees and reputation of the company and many other aspects that achieve its interests and objectives.
