Abstract EN

This research aims at studying the phenomenon of Intertextuality which is now preoccupied with contemporary criticism and has been preoccupied with it through the poem "I am Youssef Abi" by the contemporary Palestinian poet Mahmud Darwish.

And it was not our choice for this poem, except because it is known as an intensive presence of religious Intertextuality, which is based on symbolic and artistic connotations enrich the text and increase the poetic aesthetic.
