The reduction of sentence may be due to causes of exclusively made by the legislator a legal text، and therefore could not judge them but sentencing extenuating circumstances when available، for that reason، the mitigation in this case ease compulsory، is legal excuses for the discretion conferred upon him، in addition to this، there are no excuses are exempt exempt from punishment but is not exempt from the measures.
