Abstract EN

Among the most serious forms of violence against children crimes of kidnapping, which constitute a flagrant violation of all their right guaranteed by all international constitutions and conventions.

the most important of these rights is the right to liberty, which should not be violated in any way, prompting the states to criminalize every violation by enacting laws punishing the perpetrators of such crimes in their internal textes.

often the crime of abducting children is not limited to expulsion and taking, but extends to other crimes that are closely related to the crime of kidnapping or are the main motive for committing the crime, such as rape, extortion or trafficking in its members ,which the subject of our study.
