Abstract EN

We have addressed in our research the presence of the Plato's cave myth in Islamic philosophy , and its impact on Muslim philosophers.

May we fall short in our research on the study of the impact of the myth of the cave and its presence at Ikhwan Al-Safa, Avicenna and Al-Suhrawardi Al-Maktul despite its presence at other philosophers such as al-Farabi , Ibn Bajja , and IbnTufail because we do not find they have shapes and variations caused by Ikhwan Al-Safa , Avicenna and Al-Suhrawardi on the myth of the cave While we find these three have a new formulations of the myth of the cave and proverbs almost identical in connotations with the myth of the cave.

This is what we find in stories of Ikhwan Al-Safa , and in the symbolic treaties of Avicenna and Al-Suhrawardi.

So that the person who attached to the sensory world in Ikhwan Al-Safa's treaties is a prisoner of the Plato's cave itself, which is identical to the bird, which occurred in the trap at Avicinna, who is also identical to the prisoner in the well at Al- Suhrawardi.

For this reason, we restrict ourselves in our research on the study of the impact of the myth of the cave and its presence at Ikwan-Al Safa , Avicenna and Al-Suhrawardi .
