The translation studies has long interested in the relationship between translation and culture.

Any translator can´t overlook the role of the cultural element in the process of translation.

While rendering a text from one language to another, the translator can feel that big difference between the two banks, not only linguistically, but also in the background of the two languages.

Therefore, he becomes a mediator between cultures rather than languages.

So what the the significance of the cultural dimension in the process of translation? And can the translator render any text without considering its environment and culture?
