Abstract EN

The aim of the paper is to study the effect of administrative empowerment on motivating creative behavior among employees of BENHAMADI Group.

To achieve this objective, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of 100 workers from a community of workers and administrators BENHAMADI Group of 257 workers.

The results showed that there was a statistically significant effect of administrative ability on motivating creative behavior among employees.

The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between attitudes towards creative behavior, which can be attributed to functional variables Job title.

In the light of these results, a number of recommendations were formulated to enhance the process of administrative empowerment and creative behavior in the Algerian economic enterprises
