The human resources management is considered one of the most important functional departments in the organization, and the most sensitive being to deal with the most important and most critical element of the production, the most resources of the organization vulnerable to various changes of the environment, and the objective of this research is to determine the parameters and the main trends of contemporary management of human resources in a rapidly and continuous changing of the business environment
