Small and Medium Enterprises (SME ( are the real engine of any economy , but it is most likely to disappear due to a lot of difficulties especially the funding issues and ensuring the necessary resource and this reduces the SME competitiveness which requires some strategies such as industrial clusters, which are working to bring them together with other institutions and research and development centers.

From this perspective ,SMEs will be benefited from this friction through access the necessary resources and competencies and the acquisition of advanced technology .Industrial clusters also affect the dimensions of the industry structure and the competitive indicators of SMEs.
