Abstract EN

The study treats the issue of unemployment, and its effects on youth integration within el Eulma city, Algeria.

These effects are considered related to social relations and practices.

Three main guidelines oriented the study: social adaptation, the feeling of belonging and social participation, the items which were observed within the families and districts.

A central hypothesis oriented our investigation: youth face huge difficulties in the social integration processus either within their families or distritcs they are living in, just to say within the whole city.the questionnary used in the investigation led to an intersting outcome: youth are seen as outsiders.
