Research Topic: A Study of the Term of Al-Hafez bin Hajar in the Hierarchy of the Doubt and Amendment mentioned in his book Taqreeb Al-Tahdheeb, and hi-s judgments on Hadith's people.

The research aims at recognizing the term and the judgments on Hadith's people (narrators) , at investigating whether it is a term used for approximation or it is generalized about all his judgments in his books about Hadith's people.

He agrees with other critics.

From this judgment, many serious applications in judging on Hadiths fulfillments.

Therefore, it was necessary to shed light on this particular issue and investigate the truth with giving some proofs.

The researcher mentioned some proofs that have been clear to him comparing the hierarchy of ibn Hajar in approximation and the ranks in Nozhatunnazar.

In this research, the researcher conducted an applied analytical study on a group of Hadith's people balancing Al-Hafez's words about them and his judgments on their Hadiths and words of critics about them in order to identify AlHafez's approach.

One of the most important results of this study is that the researcher, based on applied and theoretical proofs, found out that the ranks and hierarchy mentioned in Al-Hafez's book are true and those who said that they are not true have no proofs.

In this study, the researcher provides some recommendations such as; conducting more studies on Al-Hafez's book Al-Taqreeb and conducting more studies on the scholars' approaches and terms related to this area
