Abstract EN

One of the most reliable believe that achieves the globalism of Islamic religion is the establishment of satellite channels interested in the deployment of the invocation to God, the provisions of Sharia, this research was presented to determine the regulation of Islamic satellite channels, explains the provisions of its creation through the illustration of: (1) Jurisprudence rules concerning procedural steps for the establishment of a satellite channel; as the feasibility study, obtaining the necessary licenses, the preparation of programmatic material that covers the broadcast of the channel.

(2) Jurisprudence rules concerning Islamize of the traditional channels; as opening an Islamic space window for non-Muslim, or transformation into an Islamic satellite channel.

(3) Jurisprudence rules concerning the effects of the establishment of the Islamic satellite channel; on the pros and cons, according to the budget including the legitimate determinants.

The research concluded with results that showed the legitimacy controls, and the legitimacy determinants oriented to the mechanisms of the establishment of Islamic satellite channels.
