Abstract EN

This research deals with information about the transportation in mecca Through the book of Mohammed omer Rafee, "mecca in the fourtheenth ceutury" According to the very brief information, written in his book, the transporting in Mecca at the beginning of the fourteenth Centuny relyed on donkeys, mules, horses, and camels.

In idition to her accessories of each type of animals used for transporting equipment.

After the annexation of Hijaz by king abdulaziz in 1343/ 1924 until the year 1400/ 1980 the year in which the author Mohammed omer died, the transportation in mecca has witnessed a quantum leap where the use of cars were paving roads with the continuation of the old means of transportation in less than before.
