Abstract EN

This paper studies five Hadeeth’s narrated by Umm-Atyyia Al-Ansaryyia (despite her little narrations to the Prophet, may Allah’s Salaam be upon Him); of which Global Fiqh scholars worked and made Fatwa accordingly, both in the past and nowadays.

The study has a preface and five chapters, that were put in the same order as Fiqh Books; namely starting with her Hadeeth concerning menstruation, then Eed Prayers, then Funeral (two Hadeeth’s), and finally widowhood.

The preface introduces briefly Umm-Atyyia Al-Ansaryyia.

The first chapter depicts her Hadeeth concerning menstruation, and illustrates it in five sections.

The first, clarifies its wording.

The second, rules that it is treated as endorsed to the Prophet, may Allah’s Salaam be upon Him.

The next three sections are for the rulings of unclearness and yellowness that shows up before, during, and after menstruation, respectively.

The second chapter depicts her Hadeeth concerning Eed prayers.

It illustrates it in four sections.

The first is for the ruling of Eed prayers.

The second is for the ruling of women attendance to Eed Prayers.

The third is for the wisdom behind ordering women in menstruation to avoid prayer places.

The fourth is for the benefit in the judgment day to women attending Eed prayers.

The third chapter depicts her Hadeeth concerning Funeral.

It is illustrated in six sections.

The first is for the ruling of washing the dead.

The second is for the reason behind ordering to wash the dead.

The third, clarifies who is the most appropriate woman to wash a dead woman.

The fourth is for the counts of washings.

The fifth, clarifies that it is of Sunnah to start washing right members as well as Wodo members.

The sixth is for disbanding the hair of a dead woman and making it in three branches thrown behind her.

The fourth chapter depicts her Hadeeth concerning women ordered not to follow Funeral.

It is illustrated in three sections.

The first, rules that it is treated as endorsed to the Prophet, may Allah’s Salaam be upon Him.

The second is for the ruling concerning women following Funeral.

The third is for the wisdom behind women ordering not to follow Funeral.

The fifth (last) chapter depicts her Hadeeth concerning widowhood.

It is illustrated in six sections.

The first, clarifies its wording.

The second, rules that it is treated as endorsed to the Prophet, may Allah’s Salaam be upon Him.

The third is for the ruling of widowhood.

The fourth is for the wisdom behind ordering widowhood.

The fifth is for things that widows should avoid.

The sixth, clarifies some widowhood habits which are not in agreement with Shareeah.

The study concludes with a listing of most important results.
