Although there are concerted verses and texts of Qura’an and Sunnah about the charity expense rewards in this world and the hereafter, we notice that the Muslim dealers and businessmen insufficiency in spending their money to others.

In other words, the huge difference between what the rich Muslims expend to the charity comparing to their income, and the rich non-Muslims expending and love to serve their community and the needy people.

Even though they often do not believe in the charity expense rewards from Allah in this world and the hereafter .

This research is an attempt to discover the reality of this fact.

It looks for the motivation of each party behind their charity expense.

Besides, what are the fields that each party is interested in? It also provides some real examples from each team.

It discusses the reasons behind Muslims' dereliction, and how can we resolve it.

This research is concluded with some results and practical recommendations.
