Abstract EN

Aims to achieve the meaning of "enjoy" in this Ayah, the statement of the rule of Mut'ah marriage (Temporary marriage) and arguing the great expositor Ibn Ashour with his opinion about women enjoyment.

This research is a hermeneutic study of Allah’s words and concluded to several results, the most important: 1-The meaning of enjoy in surat an-nisa is savoring of permanent right marriage.

2-The correct is abrogation of the legalization of mut'ah marriage.

And its forbidden to doomsday.

3-Certainly that Mut'ah marriage was forbidden twice: in the day of battle of khaibar and during the year of conquest of Mecca.

4-AlSahabah consensus about prohibition of almut'ah marriage and the abrogation of its legalization, except what had been reported in behave of Ibn Abass, and also reported his retreat of its legalization.

5-Ibn Ashour disagreed with Ahlu alsunna's opinion at the issue of mut'ah marriage
