Money transfers play a vital role and offer an important service for customers.

They transfer the financial rights without resorting to concrete cash payment.

The remarkable progress in the means of communication, the rapid increase in labor movement from one country to another, and the growth of the commercial exchange rate among different countries, have increased the need for money transfer at the individual, as well as corporate and institutional levels.

Due to the fact that the international bank transfer involves exchange rate, the latter is often considered an attached problem, because money transfer is a main topic in usury.

Therefore, the current study is meant to answer a variety of questions addressing the legality of the bank transfer in its varied contemporary form from Islamic perspective.

The research is divided into Three subtopics.

The first presents the actual notion of bank transfers, their basic components and types.

The second discusses the Islamic jurisprudential treatment of the bank transfer.

The third discusses the issue of overlap between the exchange rate and the bank transfer.
